Jacob K. Payne is the newest Associate Attorney at the Dothan Law Group.  He is a native of Dothan and a graduate of Dothan High School in 2014.  Jacob graduated from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law with his Juris Doctorate in 2021 after obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from Faulkner University in 2018. While in law school, he gained invaluable experience by interning for Justice Brad Mendhiem on the Alabama Supreme Court.  After passing the bar exam, he was admitted to practice in Alabama in 2021.

Jacob is married to Ali Payne and have a son together named Clifford James.  He is involved at Westgate Church of Christ and is looking forward to serving the Dothan community further.
